Henry did a timely and accurate diagnosis on-site. Ordered only the required parts and replaced it to run like new. [also did the entire cleaning before reassembling] Fantastic Job Henry. Thanks a LOT.

These guys are great. Came by after the parts were ordered to fix our Garland commercial convection oven and Henry did an excellent job. Fixed it all up back to normal again. Highly recommend👌🏽

STAY AWAY – 5+ MONTHS AND STILL NOT FIXED I really wish I had checked Yelp before booking. Unless you want to wait over 5 months for a simple repair (or never get it done at all), avoid this place. - June 3: They came to evaluate an issue with my freezer and ordered parts. - End of June: They scheduled the repair, showed up… and didn’t have the right part. - July: They came again. This time they still didn’t have all the parts, but told me the job was done. I later found out that was wrong – some parts were missing. They admitted the parts were missing, said they’d order them and come back to finish the job. Since then, I’ve been calling and texting every couple of weeks for over 3 months. Today is November. It’s been 5 months since the installation visit, and they still have no order or delivery information on the missing parts. No timeline, no follow-through, just excuses and radio silence. I’m extremely frustrated, and based on other Yelp reviews, my experience is not unique. This business is disorganized at best and completely unreliable at worst. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Bestech Appliance Repair solved our washing machine problem quickly! Vlad arrived on time and assessed the issue as needing a new belt. Once the part came in, the office scheduled the next appointment and George installed it. Both technicians were professional, got the job done quickly and we were up and running in no time. Customer service was impeccable, checking in with me to schedule the appointments in a timely fashion at every step of the way to ensure top communication. They texted when the technician was on his way, and included a picture of the technician. That was much appreciated! Bestech is the best!

Don't do it. Everything started out great. Good communication, fast response, updates, seemed knowledgeable. But what I learned was all they do is replace parts. The diagnostic is basic stuff you can find on the internet. They replaced parts, took my $700, then ghosted me once I informed them the "fix" did not fix anything. From that point on it was like pulling teeth trying to get anyone to respond and set new schedules to continue troubleshooting. Finally got them to come back out, then basically guess at another fix. Then another week before I got a bill, not an estimate a bill when they hadn't even come out to "fix" the next thing they said they would try. I would avoid this place like the plague.

FAQ — Bosch Oven Questions

Why is my Bosch oven not heating up?
If your Bosch oven isn’t heating, check that it’s not set to “demo” mode and that the door is fully closed. For electric ovens, a burnt-out heating element or faulty thermostat is a common cause. For gas models, the igniter may be weak or broken. If your oven still won’t heat, the issue likely involves the control board or safety sensor and requires professional repair.

Why does my Bosch oven take so long to preheat?
A slow preheat time can occur if the heating elements are partially burnt out or the door gasket is leaking heat. Avoid opening the door during preheating, as that can drop the internal temperature. If the issue persists, the temperature sensor or convection fan may need to be tested and replaced.

How do I reset my Bosch oven after a power outage?
To reset a Bosch oven, press and hold the “Start” or “Clock” button for 5–10 seconds. On some models, you may need to turn the power off at the breaker for 30 seconds and then back on. After resetting, reprogram the clock and any custom settings. If error codes appear, consult the user manual or call a Bosch technician to clear them.

People Also Ask (PAA)

What is the most common problem with Bosch ovens?
The most common issue is uneven heating or failure to reach the correct temperature. This is usually due to a worn-out heating element or a faulty temperature sensor. Cleaning the oven regularly and checking the seal on the door can help prevent these problems.

How long do Bosch ovens last?
A Bosch oven typically lasts 12 to 18 years when properly maintained. Regular cleaning, avoiding overheating, and servicing every few years can extend the lifespan even longer. Using self-clean cycles responsibly also prevents component stress.

Why does my Bosch oven fan keep running after cooking?
It’s normal for the cooling fan to run for several minutes after cooking. This helps cool internal components and protect electronics. If the fan runs excessively long or never turns off, a faulty thermostat or control relay could be to blame and may need replacement.

ChatGPT — Most Searched Bosch Oven Questions

Why is my Bosch oven displaying an error code “E115” or “E305”?
Bosch ovens use error codes to signal faults. “E115” usually means an overheating sensor, while “E305” points to a temperature sensor or control board issue. Try resetting the oven by turning off the breaker for 30 seconds. If the error reappears, professional diagnosis is required to test the sensor and control circuits.

Why is my Bosch oven making noise when it’s on?
Some noise is normal — like the cooling fan running or metal expanding during heating. However, rattling, grinding, or buzzing sounds may mean a loose fan blade, worn bearing, or faulty motor. Cleaning the fan area and tightening mounts can help, but loud mechanical noises should be inspected by a technician.

Why is my Bosch oven not maintaining temperature?
If your oven heats but doesn’t hold the set temperature, the thermostat or temperature sensor may be failing. Over time, these parts lose calibration. A technician can test and replace them, ensuring accurate, even cooking again. Always use a separate oven thermometer to confirm internal temperature.
